An e-commerce rebuild built for bulk, custom-printed ordering.

Basler Co sells genuine, 3M-licensed custom-printed Post-it® products to businesses nationwide — Notes, Note Cubes, Flags, and Flag Pens. Their storefront needed to do two jobs at once: make bulk ordering painless, and make it instantly clear these are the real thing, not knockoffs.

The challenge

Basler Co's whole pitch is that they sell 100% genuine, 3M-licensed Post-it® Brand products — not the cheap imitation pads flooding the promotional products market. But that differentiator only works if a buyer believes it within seconds of landing on the site. On top of that, most orders are bulk, business-to-business purchases — quantity discounts, reorders, and custom print specs needed to be simple to work through, not buried in a generic storefront template.

The approach

We rebuilt the storefront around the catalog Basler Co actually sells — Post-it Notes, Note Cubes, Flags, and Flag Pens — with authenticity front and center instead of buried in the fine print, and a checkout flow built for how businesses actually buy: in bulk, sometimes on a recurring basis, with a real person to call if a print spec gets complicated.

  • Genuine 3M Post-it® Brand messaging built into the product pages, not just the footer
  • Clear bulk quantity pricing so buyers see savings before checkout, not after a call
  • Catalog reorganized around the four core product lines customers search for
  • Mobile-friendly ordering for buyers reordering from their phone between meetings
