Kieffer Family Dental has served Rapid City families since 2003, with 900+ five-star Google reviews and a full slate of general and family dental services. The site needed to carry that track record — real online payments and intake instead of a phone call, and search visibility for every service the practice actually offers.

The challenge
Kieffer Family Dental has been serving the community since 2003 and has the reviews to prove it — 900+ five-star ratings on Google. But the site still routed patients back to a phone call for two of the most common front-desk tasks: paying a bill and filling out new-patient paperwork. And with more than a dozen individual services on offer, from dental implants to root canals to children's dentistry, one blended services page wasn't giving any single treatment room to actually rank.
The approach
We integrated the practice's existing Modento online payment system and YAPI digital new-patient forms directly into the site so both can be completed without a call, built a dedicated page for each of the practice's services instead of one catalog page, and surfaced the 900+ Google reviews right on the homepage where a new patient is deciding whether to book.
